Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

*Between March & November we charge for two full weeks if you stay over a Saturday night.* ***If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you forfeit the lesser of your deposit or $250. If you cancel between 45 and 60 days you forfeit the lesser of your deposit or $500. No refund will be available for cancellation within 45 days of your arrival date. If we successfully rent the unit for the same rate you originally booked or more after you cancel we will refund all but $100 for processing, unless you have purchased travel insurance as offered on the VRBO website.***
